Kept Promise of the Day: Last month, while meeting with the daughter of 9/11 victim Glen James Wall, President Obama made a promise to arrange a meeting with his good pal Justin Bieber.
Bieber told the naysayers at New York Magazine through Twitter that he would help Obama keep his promise, and, last Thursday, at the now-infamous Macy’s perfume launch event, 14-year-old Payton Wall (left), her sister Avery (second from right), and their friend Madison Robertson (right) — whose father Donny was also killed in the attack on the Twin Towers — got to spend some one-on-three time with the bubblegum popster.
“He was really nice and is so cute,” Avery told the New York Post. “He didn’t even look real.” Payton, who spent months writing letters to anyone capable of arranging a meet-and-greet with her idol, told the Post she was “more nervous around Bieber than the president.”
